To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. The return must be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.   
 

• Non-Refundable Items:   
   

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, cannot be refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons.   
 

• Returns Procedure:    

Initiating a return is straightforward. Simply log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section, where you can follow the provided instructions to generate a return request. Please clearly state the reason for the return and attach any necessary supporting documentation. Our dedicated customer support team will carefully review your request and guide you through the return process.  

• Refunds (If Applicable)  

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
