Shipping Protocol 
 

At Celestaera Innovations Private Limited, we prioritize nationwide delivery, facilitated by our trusted shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts. In case of unsuccessful delivery, we recommend reaching out to us to arrange a reschedule. 
 

Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of logistics partners. If products or orders are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, we regret to inform you that refunds for the purchase price cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable for the issue. 
 

Transit Duration 

For domestic shipments, the courier service generally takes approximately 3-8 business days to reach their intended destination. 

Split Shipments 
 

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations. Our products are often shipped separately to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries to your provided address. 
 

Change of Address Requests 
 

Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. However, if changes are needed, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting your transaction, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
